A Night of Fun for the Families of Gilda’s Club NNJ

Kids U of Paramus donated their facility for a night of fun to Gilda's Club of Northern New Jersey

Spirits were high at the in Paramus as children served by Gilda’s Club Northern New Jersey played the night away this past weekend.

Donating the use of their 2,000-square-foot play space free of charge, , along with its enthusiastic staff, provided the children from Gilda’s Club with unlimited fun and games.

“During a time in their lives when medical concerns are more of a priority than having fun, it is so great to see our families enjoying an evening out together - playing, laughing, and sharing pizza  -  simply having a great time,” said Debbie Vincent, youth programs manager at Gilda’s Club Northern New Jersey.

From playing basketball and practicing gymnastic moves to climbing and exploring the PlayQuad, a multi-level jungle gym, the children had non-stop entertainment.

Even the parents joined in on the fun. Shooting hoops and encouraging their children to maneuver around the twists and turns of the jungle gym, the event quickly became a family affair.
