Former Paramus Councilman, County Freeholder Died Wednesday

Allen Skylar, who served on the Paramus council during the 1970s, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 30 at the age of 78, NorthJersey.com reports.

Skylar's political career also included one term on the Bergen County Board of Freeholders, according to the report.

Services were held Friday at Robert Schoem's Menorah Chapel in Paramus.
