This Week: First School Board Meeting Since 'No Child' Waiver
A look ahead at the coming days in Paramus
When the Board of Education last met, its members voted to keep school elections in April. Now, the district faces an even larger shift, this time caused by the federal government.
The state last week received a waiver from the federal No Child Left Behind law, ridding districts across New Jersey of a host of regulations and replacing them with another. Expect the waiver to be a point of discussion Monday.
