Storm Conditions Expected, 15-Below-Zero Wind Chills Possible in Paramus

Bone-chilling temperatures and heavy snow expected Thursday into Friday.

The National Weather Service has issued an urgent winter weather message for Paramus and surrounding communities. A winter storm warning is in effect from 6 p.m. Thursday to 1 p.m. Friday. The warning includes the following:

  • Hazardous snow and blowing snow.
  • Snow accumulation of 4-8 inches.
  • Wind chills of 15 below zero to around zero from late Thursday into Friday.

A hazardous weather outlook has also been issued for northeast New Jersey.
