Paramus Education Foundation Gets Donation From Zinburger

which just opened its doors at Garden State Plaza last month, is already giving back to the Paramus community by presenting more than $6,000 to the Paramus Education Foundation.

The restaurant, known for its hand-crafted burgers, pledged to donate a portion of its sales from the first few days of business, when it held its grand opening last month. Zinburger announced it made the donation to the foundation on Friday via its Facebook page.

The Paramus Education Foundation, which is part of the Paramus Regional Chamber of Commerce, awards grants to students and teachers in the Paramus school community each year. Just last fall the foundation gave the Paramus school distrist more than s to its educatiors.

The Paramus location is the second one for the Zinburger chain in New Jersey. The first opened in Clifton about two years ago.
