Proctor for The Princeton Review - $12/hr (New Jersey)

As a proctor for The Princeton Review's marketing department, you will be responsible for administering free practice tests in all TPR test types (SAT, ACT, MCAT, LSAT, GMAT, GRE) to prospective students. The purpose of these tests is to give prospective students a realistic idea of how they will perform on a standardized test. Our free practice tests are held mainly on Saturdays and Sundays.

Position Description:
The Princeton Review Proctor key responsibilities include the following:
- Administer all TPR Test Types for marketing events (SAT, ACT, MCAT, LSAT, GMAT, GRE) held mainly on Saturday and Sundays.
- Meticulously time students during the administration of tests, including giving five-minute warnings when necessary
- Ensure students follow the rules and are respectful of other test-takers
- Collect, organize and return all test materials via UPS to local office within 24-hours of test administration.
- Answer student & parent questions regarding TPR prep programs.

Requirements:
- Strong ability to exercise good judgment and work independently under The Princeton Review name.
- Ability to work and interact with a large constituency including students, parents and office staff.
- Strong organizational skills that provide the ability to administer tests to as many as 60 students at one time.
- Ability to multi-task in a very fast-paced environment.
- Must prove to be a reliable, consistent and on-time employee.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Must be willing to travel within the state as needed.
- High school diploma required.

Hourly Rate: $12 per hour.

Availability: Our free marketing tests take place primarily on Saturdays & Sundays in four or six-hour time blocks. Periodically a weekday test will arise. You are required to have full weekend availability; weekday availability is not required.
