The Mayor and Council recognized three young ladies from Paramus Tuesday evening. Each was a Certificate of Commendation from Mayor, Rich LaBarbiera for their efforts in receiving their Girl Scout Gold Awards.
Erika Dipasquale – 17 – Paramus High School
Established a program called Neighbors Helping Neighbors and volunteered in human services. Erika has also worked with Relay for Life.
Christina Muller – 17 – Immaculate Heart Academy
Created a club that visits the home of veterans routinely to socialize and bring a bit of cheer to their day. An activity that Mayor LaBarbiera said "We should all be most proud of."
Ariana Dellosa – 17 – Paramus High School
Developed a club at Paramus High School called Come Together, a support group for students to come together and share thoughts and what is going on in their lives.
The Mayor and Council applauded each of the girls and seemed truly appreciative of what these are doing and proud to have young citizens like them in town.
