Paramus Man Seriously Injured in Pascack Road Accident

Man's Mitsubishi Lancer slammed into a tree off Pascack Road on Thursday afternoon.

A 57-year-old Paramus man was seriously injured Thursday afternoon when his car crashed head on into a tree at the intersection of Bluebell Court and Pascack Road in Paramus.

At the scene, police reported that while traveling northbound on Pascack Road the driver was attempting to make a turn onto an entrance ramp for the Garden State Parkway northbound when he lost control of the vehicle. 

Paramus Police, Paramus EMS and paramedics from The Valley Hospital responded to the scene.According to the cliffviewpilot.com, the accident occurred around 1:30 p.m.

The driver of the Mitsubishi Lancer was transported to Hackensack University Medical Center by ambulance.
