The following is a list of students from Paramus, currently studying at various colleges or universities, who were name to their school's dean's or president's lists for success in academics. 

President's List

  • Katlyn Marie Twomey – A freshman accounting major at Bryant University. Twomey made the President’s List in the fall semester for earning a semester GPA of 4.0.
  • Any Baumgardt – An undeclared-undergraduate student from Paramus. Baumgardt made the President’s List at Coastal Carolina University for the fall semester by earning a GPA of 4.0.
  • Alyssa Kim – Named to the 2013 Fall President’s List at Pratt Institute for earning a GPA of 3.6 or higher.
  • Jessica Seto – Named to the 2013 Fall President’s List at Pratt Institute for earning a GPA of 3.6 or higher.
  • Unjae Pyon – Named to the 2013 Fall President’s List at Pratt Institute for earning a GPA of 3.6 or higher.

Dean's List

  • Lindsay Shaw – A junior communication sciences and disorders major at James Madison University. Shaw was named to the 2013 Fall Dean’s List for earning a GPA of 3.5 or higher.
  • Alyssa Poplaski – A Paramus native who was named to the Fall 2013 SUNY Oneonta Dean’s List for earning a GPA of 3.5 or higher for the semester.
  • Daniel Perez – A sophomore accounting major from Paramus. Perez was named to Bryant University’s Dean’s List for earning a 3.5, or higher, GPA in the fall semester.
  • Christina Scully – A senior communication major from Paramus. Scully was named to the 2013 Fall Semester Dean’s List at The University of Scranton for earning a GPA of 3.5 or higher.
  • Mallory Smallze – A senior nursing major from Paramus. Smallze was named to the 2013 Fall Semester Dean’s List at The University of Scranton for earning a GPA of 3.5 or higher. 
  • Esther Shin – Named to the 2013 Fall Dean’s List at Pratt Institute for earning a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Jennifer Palomaa – Named to the 2013 Fall Dean’s List at Pratt Institute for earning a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
