Paramus High Student Selected for Prestigious Leadership Program

Cassie Stone will represent Paramus when she travels to Monmouth University to take part in a prestigious leadership seminar in June.

Paramus High School sophomore, Cassie Stone was selected to participate in the Hugh O’Brian Youth Foundation (HOBY) Leadership Seminar. The New Jersey HOBY Leadership Seminar will take place this June at Monmouth University.

During the weekend seminar, Cassie will join other student “HOBY Ambassadors” from New Jersey to present multiple viewpoints on important issues, be encouraged to think critically about leadership and identify their own leadership strengths.

After their HOBY program, Ambassadors are challenged to return to their communities to perform at least 100 hours of volunteer community service within 12 months following the seminar.

Leave Cassie a congratulatory shout-out in the comments section below. Cassie will literally be an example of leadership and volunteering for youngsters in Paramus.

Congratulations, Cassie! This is very exciting news and all the Duncans, even 2500 miles away, are very happy for you to have been the one selected into a very select community of HOBY Ambassadors!
