Paramus Zoning Board Will Hear Childrens Care Center Proposal

Hearing has been postponed to June 27

I&E Enterprises will now bring its plans to construct a daycare facility on Paramus Road before the Paramus Zoning Board at the end of June.

Steven Sinisi, attorney for the applicant, came before the Board Thursday night requesting the hearing be moved until a later date as changes to the plans are expected.

Sinisi told the Board members the applicant had been working with the neighboring property, the Alpine Learning Center, regarding their concerns and updated plans will address that.

The applicant is seeking a series of variances which includes use as day care/nursery school as it is not permitted in this zone. Variances are also requested for parking and height of the building among other things.

Sinisi indicated  changes to the plans will include buffer and landscaping issues as part of the resolution reached with the Alpine Learning Group.
