Families lined up all along Farview and Midland avenues to watch the procession which was led by the Paramus High School marching band, followed by the parades three Grand Marshalls this year - Assemblywoman Connie Wagner, the Paramus Teachers of the Year and the Paramus Food Pantry.

Many Veterans organizations marched along with numerous community groups and organizations followed and various marching bands including the Paramus Police Pipes and Drums and a number of live rock bands who played from the parade floats.

"On Veterans Day we remember those that served. On Memorial Day we remember those who made the ultimate sacrifiece and today on our Nation's birthday we celebrate and what a great job our Fourth of July committee did by bringing this tremendous parade to the community," said Mayor Richard LaBarbiera.
